Locally owned. Professionally managed. Built on trust.
Who We Are
With over a decade of experience and a reputation built on trust, Premiere Builders is proud to serve homeowners across Tampa and Sarasota with thoughtful design, skilled craftsmanship, and transparent project management—start to finish. Locally owned and operated, we believe that life is in the details—and we bring that philosophy into every renovation we complete.
Our Story
Founded by Jonathan Ofer and Shalom Halfon, Premiere Builders began with a simple idea: deliver high-quality home renovations that reflect the way people actually live—and do it with professionalism, honesty, and care. Over the past 10 years, that vision has grown into a thriving, full-service remodeling company with offices in both Tampa and Sarasota, a full in-house team, and a state-of-the-art showroom to help clients visualize their dream space.
From the start, the goal has never just been to complete a project—it’s to do it right the first time, with attention to detail, open communication, and zero shortcuts. That’s why many of our clients return for future projects or expand their scope mid-build. Whether we’re restoring homes after a hurricane or executing a full renovation with custom design, we treat every project like it matters—because it does.
Our Mission Is Simple—Get It Right, Down to the Last Detail
At Premiere Builders, we’re driven by one core belief: exceptional results come from exceptional care. That means listening closely, planning thoughtfully, and building with precision—from the first design conversation to the final walkthrough.
Craftsmanship
We don’t cut corners. We take pride in the work we deliver—and it shows.
Transparency
We communicate clearly and often, so there are never surprises.
Client Satisfaction
We don’t ask for final payment until you’re 100% happy. That’s not a tagline—it’s our process.
Professionalism
Respect for your home, your time, and your vision is at the center of everything we do.
The People Behind the Projects
With a team of over 20 full-time professionals across Tampa and Sarasota, Premiere Builders brings together skilled project managers, experienced designers, and dedicated craftspeople who all share one goal: to deliver results that exceed expectations.
We believe great work starts with great people—each team member plays a vital role in keeping your project on time, on budget, and built to last.
