We do not work on rental properties or investment properties for real estate investors. We do not do commercial remodeling work or perform handyman jobs.

When can you start?

We can typically begin working within 1-2 weeks of signing the construction agreement. Upon agreement execution, our team will work with you to select all materials, order them and have them delivered to your home. Once all materials are present at the job site, we begin work.

When do your crews usually do their work?

Our crews typically work from Monday- Friday from 9am to 5pm. You can reach out to our management team at anytime. Give us a call anytime at 813-680-4103. If we miss your call, we will get back to you promptly.

How long will my remodeling project take?

Our company takes pride in moving our projects forward in an efficient manner. Each customer is assigned a dedicated project manager whose sole purpose is to ensure that your project runs smoothly and effectively. We want to make the process stress-free for you, and deliver your dream project ASAP while doing all work beautifully. Typical bathroom remodels take 4-8 weeks to complete and kitchen remodels take about 8-12 weeks.

Will you help me with design and ideas?

Yes, we have an award winning professional interior designer who is happy to help you with your design needs. Our team will meet with you and help you decide on your project’s layout, color scheme, materials selection and so much more!

How do you handle construction and design changes?

We take pride in delivering an extremely detailed pricing and scope of work breakdown before construction at the initial consultation. Any changes in work are discussed with your project manager and agreed upon in writing before any additional work is commenced.
