When Crystal and her husband moved into their St. Petersburg home, they loved the location, the charm, and the neighborhood. But there was just one problem — it was too small. With only two bedrooms and one bathroom, the house simply didn’t match their lifestyle, especially since both of them work remotely. Rather than starting over somewhere new, they made a decision: invest in the home they already loved by building onto it with a Home Addition completed by the Premiere team in the area.
They reached out to Premiere Builders, and the vision for a stunning, functional addition quickly came to life.
“We love this house, but it was just too small. We needed more space — and this addition is exactly the way I envisioned it.”
A Fully Integrated Home Addition, Not Just Extra Space
This wasn’t just a spare room or a makeshift fix. Crystal and her husband wanted something cohesive and thoughtfully designed. The project included:
A new bedroom that feels just as airy and modern as the rest of the home
A spa-inspired bathroom with tile that flows seamlessly from the floor to the walls
A walk-in closet with fully custom built-ins for storage and style
A dedicated laundry room to increase convenience and efficiency
And a layout reimagined to feel open, bright, and intentionally designed
What makes this addition so successful is how well it blends with the original structure. The materials, finishes, and lighting feel continuous — like it was always meant to be there.
Communication That Builds Confidence
From the beginning, what set Premiere Builders apart was their commitment to communication. Crystal was added to a dedicated project chat where updates, changes, and questions were discussed in real-time.
“There was never a moment when I didn’t know what was going on. Everyone stayed connected. Everyone cared about the outcome.”
This collaborative approach built trust quickly. Everyone who walked through their door — whether a builder, electrician, or designer — treated the project with care and professionalism.
Delivering on Time, Even Against the Odds
The couple had seen neighbors go through long, drawn-out renovation projects. That’s not what they wanted. Shai and the team told Crystal they could complete the addition in 90 days, barring any major delays.
What happened? A tropical storm. Then two hurricanes. Yet the team still managed to deliver the finished space in just three months.
“It would’ve been easy to use the weather as an excuse to slow down. But they stuck to their word and delivered. That’s rare.”
Design Details That Make a Difference
Every room in this addition has its own charm. The bathroom is a standout, featuring elegant tile and modern finishes. The custom closet, with built-in drawers and shelving, looks like it was pulled from a luxury home catalog.
“The bathroom and closet are almost my favorite rooms. They’re so well done. I love the tilework and the built-ins. It’s all so elegant.”
These are the kinds of spaces that don’t just look beautiful — they make everyday life easier and more enjoyable.
Would Crystal Recommend Premiere Builders? Without Hesitation.
“When you start a project like this, you’re really asking yourself: ‘Can I trust these people?’ With Premiere Builders, the answer is yes. From the top down, every person on the team wanted us to be happy.”
“If you’re doing an addition like this — or even if you’re remodeling a kitchen or bathroom — I highly recommend Premiere Builders. You will not regret it.”

After our home was severely damaged by flooding from hurricane Helene, we were overwhelmed and unsure where to start. Thankfully, we found Shalom with Premiere Builders and he turned a nightmare into a fresh start.
From the beginning, his team was professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Despite the challenges of a post-storm rebuild, they stayed on schedule and within budget. Now, our home looks even better than it did before the hurricane.
I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable, skilled remodeling company.

Jonathan and his team remodeled my kitchen in a 100+ year old Craftsman bungalow in Hyde Park Tampa. It included removing a wall, building high-end custom cabinets to match the existing ones, new countertops and some amazing millwork. Attention to detail was very important and the carpenter was an artist. The kitchen is now the centerpiece of the home. Jonathan's team is professional and highly skilled. I highly recommend them.

Premier Builders & Remodeling Project Manager, Shimi, did great at maintaining several crews to do a complete remodel on a 1920s wooden bungalow. They were open to my design ideas and capable of problem solving to ensure every bit of space was maximized with owner input. Craftsmanship has been top notch.
Shimi remained patient and attentive to my concerns along with ensuring deadlines were honored.

Working with shimi was pure bliss! My husband and I recently bought our forever home. An 4000 sqft home in Tampa but it needed a complete remodel of 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The original home architecture and design was pretty outdated, and we wanted something more modern, and high-end. Premier builders&remodeling was recommended to us by a close friend who he built a beautiful custom home . After meeting Shimi for the first time we knew he was our guy, so we didn’t even interview other contractors. Working with Shimi and his crews was stress-free, of course, we ran into issues while building, but we know it is part of the construction. What was amazing to us is that Shimi always took responsibility and took care of problems on the spot. This has been the best experience we have had with a contractor. He was very thorough, professional and paid attention to the smallest detail. Everyone I came across was professional and worked well together as a team. I would recommend Shimi and company to anyone who cares for working with detail-oriented and reliable professionals. Thank you again!!

Premiere Builders completed a FANTASTIC 2-story addition to our pre-existing mid-century home!
From Jonathan, Shalom, & Yaron in the back office, to Rudy, Cristian & the rest of them team in our home, we couldn't be more pleased!
Premiere Builders helped us obtain permitting for a BEAUTIFUL living/dining room addition, as well as 2nd story deck & covered entryway. They HAND-CUT custom wood stairs with stunning paint & stain, and opened up our dated, carpeted stairway to create a bright, modern new living space!
Professional, courteous, and efficient are all terms I would use to describe this team of genuine individuals. We would work with them again in a heartbeat!
