With nearly 10 years of experience in project management, design, and construction, Danielle brings a disciplined, organized, and highly personable approach to every project she leads.

Danielle began her career in Maryland, building her experience across the Mid-Atlantic tri-state area of Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Her professional background is complemented by her experience as a military commander, where she developed the leadership, accountability, organization, and decision-making skills that continue to define her approach today.

As a Team Manager and Designer at Premiere Builders, Danielle oversees projects from the early planning stages through completion, coordinating schedules, trades, permitting, and the many details required to turn a vision into a finished home. She understands that successful construction is about more than the final result—it is about making sure clients feel informed, confident, and cared for throughout the entire process.

Danielle combines strong leadership with a personal touch. She believes homeowners should always feel comfortable asking questions, understanding what is happening in their home, and knowing that someone is actively looking after their investment.

After our home was severely damaged by flooding from hurricane Helene, we were overwhelmed and unsure where to start. Thankfully, we found Shalom with Premiere Builders and he turned a nightmare into a fresh start. From the beginning, his team was professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Despite the challenges of a post-storm rebuild, they stayed on schedule and within budget. Now, our home looks even better than it did before the hurricane. It included removing a wall, building high-end custom cabinets to match the existing ones, new countertops and some amazing millwork. Attention to detail was very important and the carpenter was an artist. The kitchen is now the centerpiece of the home. Jonathan's team is professional and highly skilled. I highly recommend them.

‏Working with shimi was pure bliss! My husband and I recently bought our forever home. An 4000 sqft home in Tampa but it needed a complete remodel of 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The original home architecture and design was pretty outdated, and we wanted something more modern, and high-end. Premier builders&remodeling was recommended to us by a close friend who he built a beautiful custom home . After meeting Shimi for the first time we knew he was our guy, so we didn’t even interview other contractors. Working with Shimi and his crews was stress-free, of course, we ran into issues while building, but we know it is part of the construction. What was amazing to us is that Shimi always took responsibility and took care of problems on the spot. This has been the best experience we have had with a contractor.
