With approximately 12 years of experience in construction and real estate, Jeff brings a thoughtful, solution-oriented approach to every project he manages. He has a natural ability to understand a homeowner’s vision and turn it into a practical, well-executed construction plan.

Jeff’s areas of expertise include second-story additions, large-scale home additions, full-home renovations, and major residential transformations.

He understands that complex projects require more than following plans—they require strong communication, careful planning, constant problem-solving, and the ability to anticipate challenges before they become problems.

One of Jeff’s greatest strengths is his commitment to getting the job done right. He works closely with vendors and subcontractors and sets the expectation that the team arrives earlier than expected and stays later than expected when needed to keep the project moving and deliver the quality his clients deserve. For Jeff, going the extra mile isn’t just a saying—it’s part of how he approaches every project.

After our home was severely damaged by flooding from hurricane Helene, we were overwhelmed and unsure where to start. Thankfully, we found Shalom with Premiere Builders and he turned a nightmare into a fresh start. From the beginning, his team was professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Despite the challenges of a post-storm rebuild, they stayed on schedule and within budget. Now, our home looks even better than it did before the hurricane. It included removing a wall, building high-end custom cabinets to match the existing ones, new countertops and some amazing millwork. Attention to detail was very important and the carpenter was an artist. The kitchen is now the centerpiece of the home. Jonathan's team is professional and highly skilled. I highly recommend them.
