With 15 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry, Jonathan is a driving force behind Premiere Builders and a leader who truly lives and breathes construction.

As a co-owner of one of the Tampa Bay area’s largest and most successful construction companies, Jonathan has overseen the successful remodeling of many homes, building a reputation around leadership, vision, quality, and an unwavering commitment to putting the client first.

For Jonathan, construction is about much more than spreadsheets and bottom lines. His passion comes from the creative process—taking an outdated space, solving complex challenges, and transforming it into something beautiful, functional, and meaningful for the people who live there.

After our home was severely damaged by flooding from hurricane Helene, we were overwhelmed and unsure where to start. Thankfully, we found Shalom with Premiere Builders and he turned a nightmare into a fresh start. From the beginning, his team was professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Despite the challenges of a post-storm rebuild, they stayed on schedule and within budget. Now, our home looks even better than it did before the hurricane. It included removing a wall, building high-end custom cabinets to match the existing ones, new countertops and some amazing millwork. Attention to detail was very important and the carpenter was an artist. The kitchen is now the centerpiece of the home. Jonathan's team is professional and highly skilled. I highly recommend them.

After meeting Shimi for the first time we knew he was our guy, so we didn’t even interview other contractors.
