After our home was severely damaged by flooding from hurricane Helene, we were overwhelmed and unsure where to start. Thankfully, we found Shalom with Premiere Builders and he turned a nightmare into a fresh start. From the beginning, his team was professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Despite the challenges of a post-storm rebuild, they stayed on schedule and within budget. Now, our home looks even better than it did before the hurricane. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable, skilled remodeling company.

Jonathan and his team remodeled my kitchen in a 100+ year old Craftsman bungalow in Hyde Park Tampa. It included removing a wall, building high-end custom cabinets to match the existing ones, new countertops and some amazing millwork. Attention to detail was very important and the carpenter was an artist. The kitchen is now the centerpiece of the home. Jonathan's team is professional and highly skilled. I highly recommend them.

Premier Builders & Remodeling Project Manager, Shimi, did great at maintaining several crews to do a complete remodel on a 1920s wooden bungalow. They were open to my design ideas and capable of problem solving to ensure every bit of space was maximized with owner input. Craftsmanship has been top notch. Shimi remained patient and attentive to my concerns along with ensuring deadlines were honored.

‏Working with shimi was pure bliss! My husband and I recently bought our forever home. An 4000 sqft home in Tampa but it needed a complete remodel of 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The original home architecture and design was pretty outdated, and we wanted something more modern, and high-end. Premier builders&remodeling was recommended to us by a close friend who he built a beautiful custom home . After meeting Shimi for the first time we knew he was our guy, so we didn’t even interview other contractors. Working with Shimi and his crews was stress-free, of course, we ran into issues while building, but we know it is part of the construction. What was amazing to us is that Shimi always took responsibility and took care of problems on the spot. This has been the best experience we have had with a contractor. He was very thorough, professional and paid attention to the smallest detail. Everyone I came across was professional and worked well together as a team. I would recommend Shimi and company to anyone who cares for working with detail-oriented and reliable professionals. Thank you again!!

The project was done on schedule and when construction issues came up Premiere Builders gave us options and made sure we were satisfied with the results. Premiere Builders completed a FANTASTIC 2-story addition to our pre-existing mid-century home! From Jonathan, Shalom, & Yaron in the back office, to Rudy, Cristian & the rest of them team in our home, we couldn't be more pleased! Premiere Builders helped us obtain permitting for a BEAUTIFUL living/dining room addition, as well as 2nd story deck & covered entryway. They HAND-CUT custom wood stairs with stunning paint & stain, and opened up our dated, carpeted stairway to create a bright, modern new living space! Professional, courteous, and efficient are all terms I would use to describe this team of genuine individuals. We would work with them again in a heartbeat!
